2 Friends Farm Creamy Italian Microgreen Dressing

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ ounce basil microgreens
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup pine nuts
Blend well in a high speed-blender.
